Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Budtender roster! The Budtender will play a key role in creating a positive and educational experience for our customers, guiding them in their product selection, and ensuring a smooth checkout process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for cannabis, and a dedication to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage customers as they enter the dispensary.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about our cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
• Assist customers in making informed decisions based on their needs and preferences.
• Ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations and company policies.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately handle cash transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the sales floor and product displays.
• Stay informed about the latest products, industry trends, and cannabis knowledge to better assist customers.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in managing stock levels to ensure product availability.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the dispensary.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of cannabis products and their effects is a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude!
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
